Health Risk Assessments (HRA) – The First Step to Wellness
Sensia uses the Healics HRA. Healics has been conducting HRAs for more than 25 years. Sensia’s HRA project team takes the lead in managing the entire HRA process.
Sensia Healthcare believes a well-executed health risk assessment (HRA) is the best first step for any employer’s worksite wellness program. An HRA is the launching point for a comprehensive health promotion initiative.
HRAs provide the participants with an Individual Health Risk Profile that focuses on lifestyle and health related behavior choices and is based upon the premise that “cost follows risk.”
The Executive Summary Report provides management with an aggregate report detailing the health risk profile of the HRA participant population. Management can then use this information to develop a strategic programming approach for their wellness programming.
